Where might I find grants for the purchase of a stair lift for the elderly?

{image:handicap lift]I’m in the process of buying a new home and all secondary bedrooms are located on the second floor. I care for my grandmother and she is in denial about her ability. So for her to move easily around the house and let her get close to my daughter I want to install a lift on the stairs. But I was wondering if there are grants available to help with the purchase of the lift chair.
